This notice applies to visitors of uhesap.com and related marketing pages, and to individuals who submit contact, demo, support or newsletter forms.
Tenant / customer account data inside the UHESAP cloud (SaaS) application is governed separately by subscription agreements, product terms and security documentation. This notice covers the marketing website and form processes.
Identity data: name, surname.
Contact data: email address, phone number, company / title (if provided).
Customer transaction data: form content, subject, message, demo / support request details.
Transaction security and technical data: IP address (to the extent necessary and anonymised where possible), browser / device information, language preference, visited page paths, session and page-view statistics, traffic sources such as UTM parameters / referring domain.
Marketing data: newsletter subscription and communication preferences based on your explicit consent.
We do not request special categories of personal data. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, health data or other sensitive information in forms.
Data may be collected automatically or partly automatically via website forms, email / phone enquiries, cookies and similar technologies, and privacy-friendly visitor analytics.
For analytics, raw IP addresses are not stored permanently; visitor identifiers are hashed / anonymised where possible. /admin paths and known bot traffic are excluded from statistics.

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable statutory limitation / retention periods.
Form requests are generally kept for a reasonable period after closure; newsletter data until consent is withdrawn or the subscription ends; analytics records for limited periods based on statistical and security needs. When the period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your data may be transferred, to the extent necessary to provide the service, to suppliers providing hosting, email, security and infrastructure services.
Information may be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required.
If a transfer abroad occurs, the relevant provisions of KVKK and required safeguards are observed. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Measures include access control and permission matrices, encryption / secure connections, logging and audit trails, rate-limiting and anti-abuse controls on forms, and stripping sensitive URL parameters from analytics.
Employees and authorised users access personal data only to the extent required by their duties.
To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad.
To request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK.
To request that correction / deletion / destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
To object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems.
To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Please clearly state your request and include information verifying your identity. Applications are concluded free of charge within the periods set by KVKK and related communiqués; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
If your application is rejected, the response is insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).
