It covers website visitors and people who submit contact, demo, support or newsletter forms. SaaS / tenant account data on online.uhesap.com is governed separately by subscription agreements, product terms and security documents; this policy does not automatically apply to SaaS customer data.
We process only the data needed to provide the service, respond to your request and keep the site secure and measurable.
Identity and contact: name, surname, email, phone, company / title (to the extent you provide them).
Form and request content: message, subject, demo or support details.
Technical and usage data: language preference, browser / device information, page paths, session and page-view statistics, referring domain / UTM parameters; IP address only to the extent necessary and anonymised / hashed where possible.
Newsletter: email subscription and communication preferences with your explicit consent.
We do not ask for special-category data, passwords, payment cards or secret keys. If you submit such information in forms, we are not liable for resulting risks and may delete the content or refuse processing.
Receiving, verifying, responding to and following up on contact, demo and support requests.
Product / service information and newsletters (only with your explicit consent); you may withdraw consent at any time.
Site security, abuse and bot / spam prevention, performance and content improvement, visitor analytics.

We do not process data for purposes other than those stated in this policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Processing is based on KVKK Art. 5: contract-related processes, legal obligation, establishment/protection of a right, legitimate interest and (for newsletters etc.) explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with hosting, email, security and infrastructure providers, and with competent authorities where legally required.
We apply contractual / technical measures with suppliers for purpose-limited use. Cross-border transfers, if any, follow KVKK requirements.
Data is kept for as long as required by the processing purpose and statutory retention / limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Form requests for a reasonable period after closure; newsletter data until consent / subscription ends; analytics records for limited periods tied to statistical and security needs.
We apply technical and organisational measures such as access control, secure connections, logging / audit, form rate-limiting and anti-abuse controls, and stripping sensitive URL parameters from analytics.
No transmission or storage over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We exercise reasonable care; except where the law provides otherwise, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures or incidents originating from your device / network.

Visitor analytics do not permanently store raw IP addresses; /admin traffic and known bots are excluded from reports. You may manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may break some features.
Our marketing site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.
